Information on withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
● on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, insofar as you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and they were delivered together;
● on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, insofar as you have ordered multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via email: support@shinkari.com
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have:
● received the returned goods, or
● you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal of the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for exclusion and expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
● for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
● for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
● for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed in the contract but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
● for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
● for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;
● for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
● for the supply of audio or video recordings and computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.
